Insitu Property Maintenance is a family business established for over 30 years. Managed by two partners, Stephen and Michael Woods. Their industry knowledge and experience provides the skills and infrastructure to ensure that all of your cleaning requirements are met and dealt with both professionally and proficiently.

Steve joined the company shortly after his father established the business in 1975 following a career in banking. He was instrumental in setting up the company’s Quality and Audit systems and is keen to work towards a greener environmental company focus. Steve spent 15 years coaching the mini and junior section of Windsor Rugby Club and was instrumental in promoting rugby as a sport for primary schools within his local area. Steve is married with a family who has now all thankfully completed their university degrees. |

After 5 years in Print Management Mike formed Insitu Property Maintenance in 1979 alongside his father. Mike's previous operational experience ensures a real understanding of customer needs and translates these requirements into logical, effective service proposals that maximise value. He enjoys having a hands on approach with both clients and staff. |
